What It Is

A 52-day online Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group for busy people (BP) with a 5-10 minute activity to train your brain. 

Who It’s For

People with full lives who are interested in learning DBT but don’t have time to do a traditional group format. 

How It Works

This is a WhatsApp group with a spectrum of ways to participate. Each day a prompt will be given- you can contribute words, videos, emojis… creativity is welcome. Note: discrimination of any kind will not be allowed.

Why DBT?

DBT stands for dialectical behavioral therapy, which are big words. Simply put, DBT is basic training in 4 things: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.  Activities are 5-10 minutes in length. Click here to learn more about the program.
